Born in Yokohama Chihiro O.N. went to an elementary school of which schoolmaster was Mr. MIZUFUNE Rokusyu, Japanese highly regarded wood-block artist. In the high school days, visited MASHIKO very shortly twice, a famous pottery region, to learn the pottery wheel. Nothing except them to write about artistic experience. 1995 Met the Porcelain Art Took part in a visitor's lesson of china painting in 1995. Half a year later, started learning China Painting (European Course). Bought the first electric furnace at the end of 1997. Felt a sense of incongruity between European style painting, left the class after receiving a certificate of the completion of the European style course. Attended Botanical Art class held by the Yamato Green-Up Center. Got to know Mr. SATOH Tatsuro, and started to visit Atelier TOUSAIKAN (Yayoidai, Yokohama) to study under him from the end of 1998. Entered OKURA CHINA PAINTING SCHOOL on January 2000 and started to study under Prof. TSUNODA Kouji. Being trained severely by them now (>_<) 2004 Dec. Graduated OKURA CHINA PAINTING SCHOOL proceed to the doctor course of OKURA CHINA PAINTING SCHOOL. start to work as a porcelain painter.  SEASON'S GREETINGS TO YOU 2004-2005 |
